Bio Mr. David Levy Maduro, Managing Director, CX PAY B.V.

David has worked in different industries, including Telecom, ICT, Sales & Marketing, Food &
Beverage, and now eCommerce. He is one of the founding partners of CX Pay who since 2016
has been providing payment gateway and e-commerce solutions to merchants in partnership
with several acquiring banks across the LAC region. CX Pay has activated over 600 merchants
across 30 markets and has processed over 1.4 million transactions for over USD 240 million.
David is the Treasurer of the Curacao FinTech Association of which CX Pay is a founding
member. David is known for his passion and knowledge of e-commerce and e-payments and
has formed part of or contributed to many discussions, groups, and roadmaps to enable
eCommerce on the island.
